As per the special provision of candidate qualifications of Section 21 of the Election Procedure of the Organization-2081, Sub-section (च), a person who becomes a candidate for election to the Board of Directors and the Audit and Supervisory Committee of the Organization shall submit a copy of the certificate of participation in the future director capacity building training organized by the Organization. As stated, the shareholders who wish to become candidates in the election of the Board of Directors and the Audit and Supervisory Committee to be held in the upcoming general meeting should submit their applications within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice.
